Que tal fazer um Almoço especial para sua Mãe? Fazer aquele almoço caseiro, cheio de sabor e que ela vai amar!!!! Então se você não teve tempo de planejar hoje ou te ajudar com um cardápio completo com Arroz Cremoso 3 Queijos, Batata Assada Temperada e Picanha no Forno! Então corre para ver essas delicinhas!

Arroz Cremoso 3 Queijos

Ingredientes
  • 100ml de Leite Integral
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Amido de Milho
  • 200g de Creme de Leite
  • ¼ colher (chá) de Pimenta do Reino
  • Noz-Moscado (a gosto)
  • ½ xícara (chá) de Mussarela
  • ¼ xícara (chá) de Queijo Parmesão
  • 3 xícaras (chá) de Arroz (já cozido)
  • ¼ xícara (chá) de Ricota Fresca ou Queijo Branco
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Manteiga
Instruções
  1. Em uma a coloque o leite, amido de milho, creme de leite, pimenta do reino, noz-moscada, mussarela e queijo parmesão.
  2. Ligue o fogo bem baixo e cozinhe misturando sempre até ficar cremoso como se fosse um requeijão.
  3. Adicione o arroz já cozido e misture muito bem.
  4. Finalize com a Ricota picada, manteiga e se achar necessário pode corrigir o sal e pimenta. Misture e tá pronto!
Observações
ARROZ: Aqui usei arroz pronto que sobrou na geladeira, mas você pode fazer um arroz novo se quiser =DTEMPEROS: Claro que pode por mais ou trocar, aqui ficou bem suave por conta dos queijos achei melhor não por mais sal na receita, mas se sentir necessidade pode adicionar. CONSERVAÇÃO: Arroz cremoso não recomendo congelamento, mas você pode guardar na geladeira por 5 dias e na hora de aquecer adicionar um pouco mais de leite.
Batatas Assadas com Queijo Parmesão

  • 1 colher (sopa) de Alecrim
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite

  • 100g de Queijo Parmesão Ralado
Instruções
  1. Em uma tigela coloque as batatas picadas e o temperos e misture muito bem!
  2. Coloque em uma forma de forma que fique uma unica camada e leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 180°C por 30 minutos, misturando na metade do tempo e ta pronto!
Churrasco de Forno: Picanha ao Alho

Ingredientes
  • 4 Colheres (sopa) de Manteiga
  • 4 Dentes de Alho (picado)
  • Pimenta do Reino
  • Sal Grosso
  • Ramos de Alecrim
  • Ramos de Tomilho
  • Picanha Bifes de 200g
Instruções
  1. Comece colocando a manteiga amolecia em uma tigela, junte o alho picado e misture para virar um creme.
  2. Seque a carne com um papel toalha, acomode em uma forma forrada com papel alumino e e a manteiga com alho, tempere com sal e sal grosso dos dois lados!
  3. Coloque na forma alguns ramos de alecrim e tomilho.
  4. Leve ao forno BEM ALTO preaquecido por cerca de 10 minutos para Ao Ponto / Mal ou 15 minutos para Ao Ponto / Bem ado!
  5. Deixe descansar por uns 8 minutos antes de cortar e tá pronto!
Observações
IMPORTANTE: O Forno precisa ser muito quente, pois queremos tostar a carne por fora então ele deve ser bem bem alto! E sempre preaquecido, assim quando a carne entrar ela carameliza mais rápido. MANTEIGA: Gente pode trocar por margarina? Pode, mas você já gastou dinheiro na Picanha né, melhor investir em uma manteiga afinal ela da sabor! ERVAS: Tomilho e Alecrim pode ser trocado por outras ervas que gostar, é importante ser fresco para gerar fumaça! CONSERVAÇÃO: Se a carne estiver mal ada deve ser consumida no dia, mas de ela estiver bem ada consuma em 3 dias. PROTEJA SUA FORMA: SIM, coloque papel alumínio para não estragar sua forma!!!!
