O reconhecimento aos fazedores dos melhores cheiros e sabores de Belém marcaram a entrega do prêmio “aporte Belém - o Melhor da Gastronomia” 2023, organizado pelo jornal DIÁRIO do PARÁ. O evento foi realizado, na noite de ontem (30), na Fábrica 242, em Belém, onde 158 estabelecimentos estiveram na disputa do troféu Estrela Azul, em 22 categorias oriundas da melhor culinária da capital do Estado. Além disso, a organização do aporte também lançou o Guia Virtual do aporte Belém, que vai indicar os três primeiros colocados da premiação, e que estará disponível no site Diário On Line (DOL).

Para a organização do aporte, mais do que premiar, o evento tem o real objetivo de valorizar a diversidade da culinária regional. “A nossa culinária é reconhecida nacional e internacionalmente, pela variedade que encanta a todos. Por isso, o aporte Belém cumpre esse objetivo de fazer essa valorização, sobretudo divulgando nossos chefes, restaurantes e comida de qualidade”, disse Nilton Lobato, diretor comercial do Grupo RBA.

Os estabelecimentos participantes, sobretudo os vencedores, consideram o prêmio determinante na divulgação dos serviços. “Já venci seis vezes o troféu Estrela Azul, o que me faz ter orgulho em exibir esse prêmio. O motivo é que, além do orgulho de ter vencido, essa premiação é uma auto divulgação dos nossos estabelecimentos, como o meu, que começou pequeno, mas desde que venci o Estrela Azul me tornei uma referência”, disse Lúcia Torres, proprietária do Box da Lúcia.

Diante dessa relevância, o prêmio “aporte Belém - o Melhor da Gastronomia” recebe o apoio de anunciantes, uma vez que a culinária é geradora de emprego e renda no Pará. “Aonde tiver negócios, o Sebrae-PA estará presente, como no ramo da gastronomia, ainda mais a nossa que é considerada uma das melhores do mundo e, por esse motivo, gera emprego e renda. Por isso, que o Sebrae-PA tem a satisfação de ser parceiro dessa premiação”, disse Rubens Magno, superintendente do Sebrae-PA.

“A Agropalma, por meio da Doratta Fry, tem o prazer de apoiar esse evento que divulga tão bem a gastronomia paraense, já que também a empresa usa as riquezas do Pará para a fabricação dos nossos produtos. Então, esperamos apoiar ou incentivar outras iniciativas como essa, de um setor que também gera emprego e renda”, declarou Débora Rubio, especialista de marketing da Agropalma.
